Nidra Yoga

Nidra Yoga is known as a systematic method that causes absolute physical, intellectual and sentimental relaxation, via the concentration of mind in a certain point, while actually aims in a perfect physical and intellectual balance.

It is substantially constituted by a combination of Raja Yoga steps, base of which becomes a multifaceted method of meditation, suitable for beginners and advanced students.

Nidra Yoga is a method of Pratyahara (recede of senses), that with the help of Pranayama (control of vital force via breathings), passes the individual in Dharana (concentration of mind in a certain point). Thus via the absolute relaxation and the exercise of visioning Dhyana is achieved (pure meditation).
