Raja Yoga |

Raja Yoga, also known as Ashtanga, is the path that is
more suitable in the common perception of what yoga is,
especially for the western mind, since it incorporates physical exercise to its practice. It is suitable for each individual, because it covers all the conditions for a superior intellectual life, from the beginning till the end.
It has eight (8) intellectual steps (anga) in which the triptych of individual
is practiced:
body, mind and soul. The first five: yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara constitute the
external yoga. The rest three: dharana, dyana, shamandi constitute the
internal yoga.

Proper respiratory technique, at the implementation of asana.
