Meaning of Yoga
Yoga: (sanskrit) yuk, union, communication, absorption or even better  amalgamation. 
The process of re-establishment of contact between the more inferior and superior consiousness ofhuman being. The union of conscience with the subconscious or unprincipled forces of individual. 

How it works
Yoga is a scientific technique, that assist the person to develop in every level, beyond the development point its nature may reach. It interferes in body, mind and soul, revitalising the energy, controling all organic systems, balancing the mind and providing a sense of calmness and internal peace.

There are four main paths of yoga, which lead to wisdom:
Bhakti Yoga_the dedication and absolute confidence in God or in a teacher
Karma Yoga_the perfect work with perfect lack of adherence
Raja Yoga_the intellectual and body control.
Gnana Yoga_the self-analyzing and research.
